Vantage West offers a high loan-to-value mortgage program designed specifically for Arizona physicians. These loans are only available for qualified medical professionals and include up to 95% loan-to-value without private mortgage insurance. Qualified medical professionals include Doctors of Dental Science (DDS), Medicine (DMD), Optometry (OD), Podiatric Medicine (DPM), Osteopathy (DO), Philosophy (PhD), Dental Surgeons and Resident Doctors completing their final year.

Hero Fixed Rate*

The Heroes mortgage program is designed to meet the needs of the dedicated members of our community. These loans include up to 95% loan-to-value and do not require private mortgage insurance. Qualified individuals include sworn officers of any law enforcement agency including the Department of Homeland Security, emergency responders, teachers, licensed healthcare professionals and active or retired military.

No MI Fixed Rate

The No Mortgage Insurance Fixed Rate loan is a great niche product that works for borrowers looking to purchase or refinance a home at a high loan-to-value ratio WITHOUT mortgage insurance. Enjoy a low down payment on a home purchase or refinance while choosing from fixed-rate terms of 10, 15, 20 or 30 years.

Please note that No MI Fixed Rate loans are limited to single family homes.

Professionals Fixed Rate**

The Professionals Mortgage program provides a high loan-to-value ratio designed to meet the needs of certain professional service providers. Like our other specialty loans, this program does not require mortgage insurance. Qualified professionals include certified public accountants, attorneys, chiropractors, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, registered nurses, pharmacists and veterinarians.

5 Year Balloon Land

If you’re in the planning states of designing the house of your dreams, then this loan provides you with the land to make it a reality. The 5-year Balloon Land Loan allows for the purchase of a vacant lot with only a 25% down payment. After five years, the loan reverts to a balloon payment of the remaining balance. Lots must be residentially zoned with utilities accessible to the property.
